By the Basket Parts Cleaning
CLEAN AS NEW® cleans small rotating equipment, piping components, and parts by the basket.
Our “By The Basket” cleaning services were developed to make your life easier, saving you time and money.
A variety of smaller parts are cleaned on the wash pad using manual or semi-automated hydroblasting methods. It’s dangerous, messy, noisy, and inconvenient. Our By the Basket service offers a faster, safer, more sustainable alternative.
CLEAN AS NEW® also cleans parts that are too large to be placed in a basket.

Our Baytown facility is ready to restore your fouled heat exchangers, filters, valves, rotating equipment, and more.
We clean your equipment to a “like new” performance quicker than you can on your own. We support both routine maintenance and turnarounds, with a cleaning capacity that will outpace most wash pads.
REMOVAL OF IRON CARBONATE DEPOSITS FROM HEAT EXCHANGER USED IN AMMONIA PRODUCTION
In 2011, at the world’s largest nitrogen facility, four badly fouled heat exchangers in an ammonia production unit were restored to “like new” conditions using our ultrasonic cleaning and proprietary chemistry. Our technology helped cut turnaround time from 30 days to just 9 and reduced hydroblasting by over 75%. The process consumed 75% less water, eliminated harsh chemicals, and improved safety. Post-cleaning, the client reported a 23% increase in ammonia production and expanded the use of this method across multiple plants.
