How does it work?

Using dry ice pellets or shaved CO₂ accelerated at high velocity, this process removes oils, varnish, carbon deposits, electrical residue, and other contaminants without damaging surfaces. Because CO₂ sublimates on impact, there is no secondary waste, making it especially valuable in areas where cleanup, moisture, or media contamination would be problematic.

 

When should you use carbon dioxide cleaning?

This method is particularly suited for precision surfaces, instrumentation, gasket interfaces, finned components, and areas where traditional blasting or hydro blasting would be too aggressive.
