POSITION SUMMARY:

(Main Purpose Of Position)

The Account Representative is responsible for contributing to sales growth of the region through new customer acquisition, customer retention and growth opportunities with current customer base. The Account Representative will be in contact daily with current and prospective customers, managing opportunity and managing current accounts.

Additionally, this position will solicit new business opportunities in the gulf coast market by contacting prospective customers via email and phone. The Account Representative will support all regional sales needs as outlined by the Sales Manager and will work with the Sales Manager to drive growth in the market.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize CRM, pec reports and relationships for all aspects of account management: lead generation and contact, accounts set up (following appropriate procedures as developed by A/R) to complete order cycle
  • Travel to and participate in tradeshows as requested by the Sales Manager
  • Provide clear expectations and information regarding service
  • Work across departments to ensure customers’ needs are met in all areas including A/R
  • Daily contact with leads and accounts through email and telephone
  • Participate in continuing education related to the business at CANGC
  • Maintain adherence to CANGC Compliance Policy and Procedures
  • Communicate with customers for transportation and cleaning requirements
  • Provide reports to the Sales Manager on new accounts, prospects, and sales figures and how they relate goal numbers
  • Good understanding of service requirements and transportation methods (or a willingness to learn/develop an understanding)
  • Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers

  • Conduct lunch and learns to promote business and educate customers
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status

SAFETY

  • Proactively promotes workplace health and safety collaboratively by assessing and addressing hazards, completing training, understanding and following safety policies, processes and procedures and providing input and feedback for safety improvements
  • Ensures personal safety and safety of others by being accountable to engage in the prevention and immediate correction of identified safety issues (hazards, damaged equipment, etc.), including stopping unsafe work where imminent danger to workers/bystanders exists and issues are effectively addressed before proceeding in a safe manner
  • Immediately reports accidents, incidents, near misses and/or treatment, regardless of severity, to the area supervisor for appropriate follow up and resolution
  • Actively participates in Safety Committee activities and/or safety meetings (Toolbox) as required
  • Wears applicable Personal Protective Equipment (in good condition) as required and ensures all personnel in work area has proper PPE regardless of position or title
  • Takes action to care for the environment by participating in recycling activities and minimizing negative impact to the environment

POSITION SUMMARY:

(Main Purpose Of Position)

The Operator must have an understanding of all tasks associated with hydroblasting services including but are not limited to: moving hoses, loading and unloading materials, equipment maintenance, and hydroblasting. The Operator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of services at CANGC.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands-on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, and administrative functions
  • Hands-on operation, when required, of manual and automated hydroblasting equipment
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are a requirement of this position
  • Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps
  • Operate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized hydroblasting units
  • May be required to examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Ensures that his/or her training documents are current
  • Ensures facility is left in Clean as New condition daily
  • Ensures the Tech Sonic Operational Management System (OMS) is adhered to
  • Ensures client's expectations are met
  • Completes daily check list and inspections of assigned equipment, along with facility audits and employee audits
  • Collaborates with co-workers and partners in program design and delivery
  • Follows agency personnel and safety procedures
  • Works with team to continuously improve methodology

SAFETY
